Meet the Woman behind it all . . .

Chief Events Officer (CEO)
My planning style is very client and attendee focused. I like to begin by gaining a clear understanding of my client's vision and goals. The attendee experience is at the heart of every one of my event designs. The end result is a stress-free, memorable event that meets your goals and stays within your budget.
Growing up I was an organizer at heart gathering the neighborhood kids to play school or set up a lemonade stand. When my own daughter began elementary school, I quickly became involved leading the local Girl Scout troop and serving as the school coordinator. I soon began leading teams of Girl Scout leaders to plan events for several hundred girls.
I began my path to professional event planning as an Executive Assistant for an insurance agency. I planned sales meetings of all kinds for a three state area. I received great reviews for putting together decor based on the company incentive programs.
From there I gained experience in conference staffing and large association meeting planning. I spent five years as an in-house meeting manager specializing in registration for a large association.
My passion has always been in special events, so in 2006 I went out on my own. My company offers on corporate event planning, non-profit event planning, private event planning, and wedding coordination. Our packages include event production, full service, partial service and day of event coordinator.
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver in Hospitality, Tourism and Events. I have been active in professional event industry associations since 2004, having served in leadership roles in Professional Convention Management Association Rocky Mountain Chapter (RMCPCMA) and International Life Event Association of Denver (ILEA). Also, I am an active member in Meeting Planners International (MPI) and the Association of Bridal Consultants Colorado (ABC).
I have served as an affiliate professor in the Hospitality, Travel and Events Department at Metropolitan State University of Denver, Colorado. Currently, I am the Instructor for the Event Management Certificate program at Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colorado.
One of the most wonderful compliments I have received regarding events is: “What can I say? I couldn’t have done (it) without you!!! I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate your patience, guidance, support, and of course all of your hard work that helped make (it) so successful! Thank you for all you do for (us), we all appreciate your kind spirit and dedication!”
